Frontline Auctions LLC (FA) dba The Bookshet Sale is a live streaming auction platform that allows dealerships to buy frontline ready vehicle inventory and sell their frontline aged units. This marketplace operates on mutual trust and respect between all parties, providing vehicles in a timely and urgent manner for sale to buyer along with all applicable paperwork. FA will issue a sales disposition for each vehicle sold and an invoice for each purchased vehicle, adjustments to pricing may be made post sale. Per buyer’s request, FA may be able to quote and provide transportation of vehicles to buyer’s location. FA has an arbitration process that is transparent and fair for both the buyer and seller. In the event a concern arises with regards to the vehicle condition, the buyer can complete an online arbitration request form immediately after delivery of the vehicle. FA will work with the seller to resolve such concerns in a timely manner, with a goal of completion in 3 days. Arbitrations and payments will be handled with urgency. FA has the final decision on arbitration items. When the arbitration period has passed, payment is received from the buyer and title has been received from the seller, FA will pay the seller immediately. When the arbitration period has passed and the title is received from the seller, FA will forward the title to the buyer immediately.
As A Seller, Dealer Agrees to the following:
- Completion of dealership registration which includes signed Dealer Registration Agreement, completion of the online form “Dealer Information Input Form”, and 3 items forwarded via email: #1 Signed “Signature Authorization Form” (available online for printing), #2 a copy of a valid Dealer License and #3 copy of a City OR County Business License sent to: FrontlineAuctions@gmail.com.
- Vehicles are frontline retail-ready
- A current smog/emissions and safety certification
- No excessive body or paintwork (two panels or less, not including bumpers) 4mm or better on brakes and 4/32 of an inch or better on tires
- Clean or announced Carfax and AutoCheck
- Fully reconditioned
- Vehicles offered as certified must meet OEM standards
- Frame/salvage/buyback/Gray Market/stop sale recall vehicles will not be offered
- Cooperation for transfer of vehicles, vehicles sold are expected to be ready for pick-up day of sale, sellers to notify FA as soon as they know a sold vehicle is no longer available, a seller unwind fee will apply ($200 Retail or Unwind Fee) if unavailable after sold
- Cooperation for acceptance of arbitrated items, including availability to receive email requests for the arbitration process to be completed within 3 days of vehicle delivery.
- Excessive DMV penalty fees will be remitted from seller to buyer after communication with seller and/or seller’s business office
- In the rare instance, a vehicle is in need of excessive repairs the vehicle will be returned to seller and all transportation costs for the vehicle will be charged to the seller
- Ineligible vehicles include: salvage title, frame damage, manufacturer buybacks (Lemon Law), mechanical problems, DMV-restricted vehicles, TMU (true mileage unknown), gray-market vehicles, missing or malfunctioning safety-related items, manufacturer stop-sale vehicles will not be offered; all other recalls are sold on a "buyer beware" basis, major or severe damage/airbags deployed/mileage discrepancy per Carfax or AutoCheck
- When you have an eligible vehicle you would like in one of our auctions: Send an email to: Support@TheBookSheetSale.com a minimum of 3 hours prior to sale with the subject line that includes your dealer name and number of vehicles for sale. The email should include: #1 Announce the Carfax results if any and #2 Your Reserve amount and #3 Attachment of The “BookSheet” information in PDF form.
- Title Specifications: delivery of completed vehicle title as soon as possible or at a minimum within 30 days of sale, or the buyer has the option to return the vehicle.
- A clean and clear title includes:
- The VIN is correct
- Vehicle mileage listed on the front of the title is accurate
- If there is a lien on the title, the required signature is on or included with the title, along with the original lien release
- All reassignments are accurate and included
- If a power of attorney form has not already been signed by the seller granting FA the right to complete the title as necessary to complete the sale, a signed power of attorney form is included with the title
- All paperwork requiring a notary signature has been notarized
- In the event a title is not provided within the 30 day period and buyer opts to unwind the deal, seller is responsible for transportation costs, unwind fee and all reconditioning charges incurred to the buyer
As A Buyer, Dealer Agrees to the following:
- C•Completion of dealership registration which includes signed Dealer Registration Agreement, completion of the online form “Dealer Information Input Form”, and 3 items forwarded via email: #1 Signed “Signature Authorization Form” (available online for printing), #2 a copy of a valid Dealer License and #3 copy of a City OR County Business License sent to: FrontlineAuctions@gmail.com.
- Buyer is responsible for reviewing announcements and previewing Carfax/Autocheck prior to purchase.
- Bidding can be done via simulcast or in-person.
- Transportation is the buyer’s sole responsibility. Buyer needs to arrange for the vehicle to be picked up within 3 business days of the sale date or request FA Transport Services.
- Buyer has the option to request a quote from FA for transportation services.
- Buyer has 3 days from delivery to notify FA via our online arbitration request form for any discrepancies with vehicle in order to request negotiation of arbitrated items. Buyer must prove arbitration with Pictures, Videos and Estimates.
- Payment is due within 10 days of delivery of vehicle.
- If title is not received by FA within 30 days of the sale, buyer has the option to unwind the sale. Buyer is encouraged to work with FA and seller in locating title due to problems in receiving clear title. If the sale is unwound, seller will be responsible for transportation costs and unwind fee plus any reconditioning charges.
- Excessive DMV penalty fees will be remitted from seller to FA after communication with the seller and/or seller’s business office, and reimbursed to Buyer.

*BS Fee Statement – All arbitrated items must be proven. If found to be incorrect, there is a $300 BS Fee, plus all costs incurred.
The following dealer agrees to this Frontline Auctions LLC (www.TheBookSheetSale.com), Dealer Registration Agreement Including Rules, Policies, and Procedures. The dealer agrees to be bound by this Agreement. Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to preclude FA from terminating the dealer’s privilege to buy or sell vehicles at the Auction at any time, as FA may terminate the agreement at its sole discretion. The undersigned dealer or authorized representative hereby affirms that all of the information set forth in the registration packet is true and correct including financial and background information provided for the auction.
